At Scalo, you can expect the following:

  • Build Scalo's growth strategy for the U.S. market. 
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing Scalo clients in the U.S. market - by extending service contracts, and seeking new opportunities in other departments or projects. 
  • Acquire new clients from the U.S. market – in collaboration with the lead generation team – through networking, calls, and face-to-face meetings. 
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle – from pre-sales to contract signing – with support from dedicated teams. 
  • Manage client relationships and conduct regular business reviews of contracts (in accordance with established standards). 
  • Work with HubSpot. 
  • Recruit and onboard suitable candidates in line with the Unit's strategy – with the support of a dedicated recruitment team. 
  • Regularly report on work outcomes and results.

This offer is for you if:

  • You are a born salesperson of IT solutions and services, a true hunter – engaging with clients is second nature to you, you are proactive and seek new ways to reach clients. 
  • You are familiar with the American way of doing business and leading sales discussions, and you know how to navigate this work culture. 
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in acquiring IT business in the U.S. market (proven with specific results/achievements; clients in fintech or renewable energy sectors are preferred). 
  • You are tech-friendly – you have a general understanding of software development and know-how of software projects. 
  • Travel to the U.S. and occasional work with clients from a different time zone are not a problem for you. 
  • You are highly proficient in English, at least at C2 level.
